**REVISED REVIEW** - I was contacted by a representative from Water Guardians Water Damage who worked diligently to resolve any billing issues and arranged for a refund. I clarified that my problem wasn't with their local team, as the technicians, including Bryson and the office staff, were very cooperative and prompt in their responses. Based on the assistance I received from the team, I have updated my rating. **REVISED REVIEW** - We discovered a leak and engaged Water Guardians Water Damage for water damage restoration services. There were some disputes with the insurance company over the charges, and we made our first payment while the dispute was ongoing. Later, the company adjusted the invoice to a lower amount. I received a new invoice, deducted the previous payment, and settled the balance after being reassured that it would cover all charges. However, later, I received another invoice requesting additional payment. After some back and forth with the insurance company over the extra charge, we paid the remaining amount. I made sure that Trenton, the accounts receivable escalation manager, provided me with proof that the account was paid in full. Since this incident, we have experienced leaks in our other properties and have used the insurance company's recommended water damage restoration services. Each time, we only had to pay the deductible with no additional out-of-pocket expenses.

This is a highly professional outfit. Preston and the other skilled technicians arrived promptly and assisted in extracting water from my property to prevent further damage. They got straight to work removing affected drywall, installing heater fans to evaporate water and dehumidifiers to deter mold growth. I'd strongly endorse them to anyone and while I hope not to require their services again, I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them without delay. Given this was my first encounter with water damage, I was impressed with their service as I lacked a full understanding of the restoration process. My colleagues suggested I reach out to Bryson for assistance with flood repair. I dialed the number, expecting the typical frustrations I had experienced with other restoration contractors. We employed Water Guardians Water Damage for both the mitigation of a pipe leak and for water damage restoration services. Bryson was our project manager. He was empathetic to our predicament and made every effort to mitigate the loss of heat and water damage. Impressively, he was also capable of liaising with the insurance company on our behalf. The restoration process included the installation of new carpeting, which we found at a reasonable price. The installers were polite, efficient professionals who performed an excellent job.
