Ursa Pro, led by Yuri and his team, did an outstanding job rebuilding our condo after extensive storm damage. I had seen the exceptional work they had done on a neighbor’s unit, so I reached out to Yuri for a quote. Not only was it very reasonable, but the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. This was a major renovation project, and the Ursa Pro team handled everything, including: • Installing new drywall • Stripping old paint from walls and cabinets (a meticulous and labor-intensive process) where necessary • Repainting the entire unit • Updating the lighting • Installing brand-new, high-quality flooring • Plus, they went the extra mile by completing additional tasks outside the original scope, such as mounting a new TV bracket, remounting the television, and even moving furniture—all at no extra cost! Yuri maintained excellent communication throughout the process, ensuring we were always on the same page regarding materials and design choices. The team was punctual, efficient, and highly skilled, leaving our condo in far better condition than before the storm. Their professionalism and attention to detail were evident not just in their craftsmanship but also in how well they cleaned up—both inside our unit and in the building’s shared areas, like hallways and stairwells. Yuri and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Their professionalism was unmatched—they showed up on time every single day and delivered impeccable workmanship. Unlike other contractors we dealt with, Yuri provided a very fair and honest bid without any attempts to price-gouge us. The quality of their work was flawless, and they completed the project on time, just as promised. It was such a relief to work with a team we could trust, and they completely exceeded our expectations. I would jump at the chance to work with Yuri and Alexxi again and can’t recommend them highly enough. Tiles in my shower started coming off several months ago. The problem started to get progressively worse. I realized there was water damage and potential for mold. I posted a request through Yelp and Ursa Pro was the first to respond. AJ was thorough in asking questions and sent Alex to make the repairs. Alex is polite, arrived on time, inspected the damage and came up with a plan for the repairs. I could tell right away that Alex was a highly qualified craftsman who cared about the quality of his work, even for this relatively small job. First he removed the tile and treated the area to be repaired. The next day he brought dehumidifying equipment to ensure there was no residual moisture. He returned the final day to apply waterproofing material and then installed the the new tile with grout that matched our existing material. He also inspected the entire shower and fixed a few other tiles that had become dislodged. He did an excellent job, cleaned up, and left everything looking just like new.
