We hired Brigada Builders to help with a very complicated issue: our multi-story home had been experiencing leaks on several balconies and the patio. From the very beginning, they impressed us with their knowledge and confidence in solving water-related problems. They re-leveled, re-tiled, and re-stuccoed all of the balconies, installed new railings and trims, and made sure everything was done right so we wouldn’t have to worry about leaks again. At the same time, we decided to remodel the kitchen and master bathroom, and also replace all of the flooring with new wood floors. The results are absolutely beautiful. The quality of workmanship and the attention to detail exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was how considerate and professional the crew was while we lived through the process. They went out of their way to make sure our family was comfortable and that everything was communicated clearly. We always felt like we were in capable and caring hands, which gave us so much peace of mind during such a big project. What could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience turned into a smooth and successful one. We are beyond happy with both the process and the results, and would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for skilled, reliable, and thoughtful contractors

Andrey with Brigada Builders handled our Marina Del Rey renovation with attention to detail and quality workmanship. We added more than the original scope of work including doors and a new AC unit and he finished our job earlier than expected. This was very thoughtful for us as we were displaced until renovations were complete. We love our home thank you Andrey!
